I'm in the process of installing the newest version. The new version includes the following features:
works out every part of the body during the week
90% of fluids consumed are water
rarely if ever eats fast food
consumes healtheir food
watches portions of food consumed
shaves every day or every other day if time doesn't permit.(instead of once or twice a week like in version 1.0)
fixes hair before going somewhere(instead of just drying it with a towel like in version 1.0)
weighs less but has more muscle than version 1.0
It's taking awhile to install but I think the new version will be worth it.

hardly any at all. Sometimes just a cup of coffee in the morning. Somedays maybe some DP at home. A huge improvement from 3-4 cans a day. 90% or more water now. There's no way that can be good for your health. I'm just making some lifestyle changes.

I've never heard of it. Do you have one? I do need a good ab workout program.
