I don't know how reliable the source is, but it has Shine With Me at #49 with 116 spins (three days ago) on the Active Rock charts. Hopefully a video will be made for the song. Even though music videos' presence has waned on tv, they can still be shown online and viewed at convenience. I think that positive media exposure is still vital at any forum. I believe that Shine With Me and Addicted (for that matter) are just as good or if not better than a lot of chart toppers that are going on right now. Please keep requesting !!

On Billboard it depends on the specific chart listing. Some only list up to a certain number. I found out about Shine With Me on here http://www.americasmusiccharts.com/index.cgi?fmt=R2
