Ahh, I remember Jeremy starting a thread like this a while back.

I had three candy bars today, and two "ultimate" iced brownies, and I didn't even pretend to
feel guilty about it.

I don't really know how to work our DVD player.

We have icky tasting city water, so you have to let it run for almost a full minute to get some
fresher water and not the water that's been sitting in the pipes. We waste a lot of water this
way. I could solve the problem by buying a Brita water filter, but I'm lazy and haven't done that.
Also, when I want warm water to wash my face, I leave the water running to get it warm,
instead of heating up a kettle of it on the stove the way the World Wildlife Fund suggests.

When the dog pees on the rug, I clean it up with paper towels and don't bother with soap.
Then the stain stays in the rug, and when people point them out I'm like, "oh, uh...huh.
I didn't notice that was there. Gosh."

I have been on a pretty strict diet since January and have lost around 30 lbs. Well, this past weekend (may 2 - may 4) I was at Jazz Fest in New Orleans and I ate a Duck PoBoy...and two bowls of Jambalaya...and a bowl of Crawfish & Pasta w/cream sauce...a steak from Steak & Ale...and Oyster Rockefeller...a dozen raw oysters...alligator sausage...and lots of sushi...and I drank three Mudslides, approx 8 vodka tonics, at least 24 beers, and three shots of whiskey.

So...after going down from a size 38 to a size 33 waist from working out and drinking protein shakes...I feel kind of guilty from splurging down in the Big Easy. I DID walk everywhere once I arrived in the city, however...

I also ate an entire package of fig newtons and 1/2 a package of chocolate chip/peanut butter cookies...and a bowl of bread pudding...and ice cream.

Aww, iss okay Johnny! WE STILL LOVES YOU!

Plus, I really am in the same boat as you. Cleaning up after my pooch and being a pig doesn't
really make my life all the more exciting.

....

GIMME A HUG, YOU!!

*bear hugs JJ*

I may appear as a walking network but actually I'm a super introvert that just wants to read and be left alone. I don't feel I'm at my best potential in anything that I'm doing or have done and sometimes I think I'm becoming a meglomaniac schizophrenic.

Hey...i don't watch the races....i only keep up with won wins and loses....the races are stupid anyway 500 laps....for what? i mean seriously why not have a one lap shootout the last one's the only one that matters anyway....sure you get points for leading the most. But the last one counts soo much more lol.....so what if i'm from the south.

I have to admit, that would be quite an accomplishment, almost boarderline hilarious.

Front page headlines:

lol! Once I tried to make turkey burgers in a frying pan for my mom (even though I'm a
vegetarian....ugh, turkey burgers) And not only did I end up ruining them, I set off the fire
alarm. Then I couldn't get the fire alarm to stop fire alarming, and I couldn't unscrew the top
part from the wall, so I beat it with the handle of a broom a couple of times.

Ick. Smoke and turkey burger grease everywhere.

haha it is hilarious. Even though I almost sent our house up in flames. She can't be mad at me because she starts cracking up it's so funny. There have been constant jokes about it since it happened. If it was a pizza it wouldn't be as funny but it being tater tots makes if funnier for whatever reason.  What's even better is when my wife woke me up to tell me, I was more upset that there were no more tater tots.
