This is dedicated for everyone who checks in every so often.

Where to start.  My wife just graduated with her master's degree.  She's now looking for jobs all over the country.  I'm doing good as a computer tech and earning my weekly peanuts for the week.

I play a ton of disc golf and every day look at life a little different.  Trying to get back into decent shape (b/c face it, we're all fat) and wondering when Johnny will ask me out on a date.

Man its been awhile

These days I'm in my final year of a Sport and Leisure degree. Did a bunch of history papers as well cos I'm looking at doing postgrad secondary teaching (a couple of those history papers were on the U.S. civil war and the American Revolution by the way, so I know a few things).

I'm president/leader of the youthgroup called F.L.A.M.E. (Faith, Love Accountability, Ministry, Evangelism) and currently doing Bible studies on 'apologetics'.

I am also a shift supervisor at KFC, but currently looking at getting a new job because I am the only guy at the store between the ages of 19-22... It sucks

I also have a Takamine EAN10C acoustic/electric guitar which is the love of my life (and consequently my girlfriend is jealous)

Well .. were still living in the inner city of Brisbane Australia .. loving living in the city .. the suburbs are just to quiet for us now.

I'm still working for an IT retail company called Harris Technology ... aka www.ht.com.au .. been doing that for 3 years and looking to get out of it and get a government job. Outside of work I am running a new Christian music and ministry venue called Hangar 13 .. its a cross platform venue that will eventually take place online and in person.

Check the website www.hangar13.tv and the myspace .. www.myspace.com/hangar13live .. it pretty much consumes a lot of my spare time.

I've still been building up my home studio and I am about to start writing and making my own beats .. I'll let you know when that gets off the ground a bit more.

My wife works for the government here .. and shes in her first year of a social work degree as well .. so shes busy.

Thats me in a nut shell

** help help .. I'm stuck in a nutshell **

well...wow

I graduated from the U of Memphis in 06 and moved to St. Joseph, MO in 07...it's about an hour north of Kansas City, MO.

Took a job as a web designer/developer for the local newspaper up here. i was basically hired to build them an entirely new website from scratch and bring them into the 21st century. stjoenews.net is the address.

i love it! i definitely feel like i'm where God wants me.

Dang it's been a while...

I graduated in '07 and I'm now in my 2nd semester of my first of 2 years for an Associate's Degree in Music Recording Technology and  may transfer to another school to become a certified Music Tech and going Journalism of some sorts. I'm also the Youth Music Director of my Youth Group called Evidence and I'm a College leader for the group also.

I work at the local hospital as a transport or escort... that's right I push peopel around a hospital for 4-6 hours a day.

I have a girlie I've been dating a little over a year now and things are looking like she may be in it for the "long haul".

If I'm not doing that the rest of the time I have is spent writing music for my melodic hardcore/melodic deathmetal(think Misery Signals and Knives Exchanging Hands meets old JFAC[DOOm EP]) band I'll keep you guys up to date with that.

Yeah so I'm busy but I'll try to come bakc and hang out... where's Tj been? and I'm still waiting for Supa to take Tj and me out!

Strange, I find it, that I am so much younger than everyone.  I've aged the same amount, yet I feel younger than usual.  I'm in my sophmore year of highschool.  Working as a custodian at my church, and hanign out with friends doing boring, high-schooly things my friends seem to find entertaining.

I was 12 when I joined, I'm 16 now.

Well two years ago this coming June I was laid off from my first career job after 5 years. It turned to to actually be a big blessing to us as it gave me the opprotunity to move on (with some fat severance pay) and two weeks later I started work for company called Luv n' Care. We make baby products that are sold all over the world and in some big chains here in the US like Walmart under the NUBY brand. It's a pretty good job, the pay is ok and I get alot of freedom. I'm in the art department and am surrounded by alot of very talented artists and well all get along pretty well.

Recently I've been working on several freelance jobs with a couple of my coworkers. Here are a couple of the sites that we've completed: www.hearttohomeministry.org  & www.continentaloilfieldsupply.com.

Other than the freelance work i've got a couple of personal projects that I hope to get completed by the beginning of the summer, so stay tuned for those announcements.

My turn I guess.

Hello. My name is Artice and I'm an al...

Oh wait...I mean, I graduated with my Masters in History Dec '07. I'm 30 now. I'm bald (by choice...not by necessity) and loving it (BaldGuy318 on Xbox Live). I took all of the metal out of my face because I taught at the University of Louisiana at Monroe for a year and had to look the part of Mr. Dowdey.

I'm currently employed at PCP International (nope...we don't make Angel Dust/Flakes/Fuel) as the Office Manager/Sales Manager/IT Support/Comedic Relief. It actually pays pretty well considering bonuses & sales commission. By the way, http://www.continentaloilfieldsupply.com was commissioned by me (thanks MikeG!) and I'm profiting off of it handsomely.

I was in an amazing relationship last year but my girlfriend moved back home to West Virginia. I'm an idiot for losing her. Guys, don't be idiots. You will be miserable and lonely.

I have been working out pretty regularly this year and have taken the plunge and purchased a mountain bike (Raleigh Mojave 8.0). I haven't been on a bike in over 10 years. It shows. My ass hurts like it did when Supa lived with me.

I am on myspace http://www.myspace.com/therealartice and facebook...but I like myspace more. And I don't care if facebook is better so don't argue with me.

I am probably voting for Obama although I am registered as a Republican. I like the guy. And I don't care if Hillary/McCain/Santa Claus is better so don't argue with me.

I shot a man in Reno, just to watch him die. That and i'm stubborn in my old age. Not too stubborn. But stubborn enough to get in trouble.

I'm currently in the process of writing scripts for a comic book. It's pretty snazzy. My artist is amazing and I'll hopefully have something posted on my myspace page in the near future.

I blog in my speaking voice. Which can be annoying to read...especially if you have read/written as many journal articles/papers as I have over the years. So I apologize...kinda.

I probably drink too much beer and I curse too easily. I love Irish pubs. I'm also a strict advocate of Murphy's Stout as opposed to Guinness. If you argue with me, you will lose. I like my stout served at room temperature but I love an ice-cold lager on a hot summer/fall/winter/spring day (hey, it makes sense if you live in Louisiana). I am trying to find a part-time job bartending at night to make that extra $$$...and hey, since i'm single, I have nothing but time on my hands. Might as well work a bit and meet some really interesting people at the same time. That and I can make a killer Martini.

I still think that Meg is the smartest person in the world...other than myself of course.

So yeah. That's it. I think.

Well I havn't been around in a while so I'll give everyone a shout on what's happening around here in Milesland...

-I'm just coming to the end of my first year at University studying English. It's been a ride with alot of ups and downs but for the main part the experience has been worth the while. I've made alot of new friends and i'm still with my long time girlfriend of nearly 4 years, which is great too.

-The only other things really worth a mention is my band is doing pretty well and we have a few gigs lined up for the summer.

Bah, you flatter me Artice.

I'm a working girl now, so huttah! I plan to stay that way.

They cut back on my hours, though someone from a different department is leaving in July...

So I was offered cross training in order to take her place. Gonna blow 'em all away with ma skillz.

I live closer to the city now. My favorite place to go hang out is Starbucks. It's the best.

We're talkin' sweet, lovely (if not a bit overpriced) frappuccinos, and snobby businesspeople

engaging in snobby cell phone conversations. And groovy soothing music.

Not interested in college, even though everyone else I know is a college student. Bah.

Actually starting to lift weights (though they are wee dinky ones) and wear a pedometer,

which is really something considering a year ago hearing the word "exercise" gave me hives.

I attend a pretty good church. Just haven't been there in a while. I like the lack of organ music and

splendidly oversized statues.

Still a vegetarian, and in that I am still thin, although I am developing a very wily sweet tooth.

(Mmmm...400 calorie chocolate chip cookie with walnuts from the local coffee shop.) <3

I watch a LOT of Margaret Cho, and have been reading a bit about Gandhi and second wave feminism...

Also reading SEASON 8 OF BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER IN COMIC BOOK FORM! Oh hells yeah.

And..yeah. That's it. Aside from the fact that the aliens have landed and there are wood davers everywhere. :P

Thought I'd drop in and say hello.

I'm 20 now, allergic to senior year of high school and as a result haven't graduated yet. It goes something like this:

2004 :got sick in Junior year (yr 11)
2005: and had to repeat half of it the next year while doing half of Senior year
2006: started the second half and had a nervous breakdown five weeks in due to a lot of factors but missing about four very vital weeks of the beginning of the year due to an accident and illness didn't help. Spent six months in bed, got a job near the end of the year, worked full time doing admin stuff for three months then quit to
2007: go back to school again (third time's the charm?) which was fantastic until the second day of term 2 when I fell asleep on my desk at 9am. Was sent home with a cold...the flu...glandular fever (mono)...we don't know what's wrong with you. Got diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue (Myalgic encephalomyelitis) which basically means they don't know what I have or how to fix it, just that I'm sick.
2008: finally totally fed up with not doing anything all day I went back to school, this time via correspondence. I get behind sometimes due to my illness but I'm doing alright.

I'm engaged to my longtime sweetheart, Troy. I'm a member of the Orthodox Church (think Greek or Russian and you've got two ethnic variants of the one Church) and the services I attend are usually in Greek or Arabic. I'm learning both! My Church name for those who care about such things is Kyriaki since we all have Saints' names if we weren't born with them. Long story as to why I'm Kyriaki, but I firmly believe in the ability of those who have fallen asleep before us in the Lord to help us out...

Still living at home, in Australia. Giving my priest a hard time, along with the rest of us young'uns at my Church, and he teases us just as much back.

Uh...I really don't know if there's anything more interesting to write. Oh, and I can't listen to anything that's too heavy to play on mainstream radio now due to increased noise and light sensitivity. Fun.
